Actor Raj Kumar Rao and Patralekhaa Engagement Celebration
The first photos of Rajkumar Rao and Patralekhaa from their wedding celebration have surfaced.
Pre-wedding celebrations start in Chandigarh. After more than ten years in a relationship, Bollywood actors Rajkumar Rao and Patralekhaa’s wedding celebrations kicked off on Saturday with an intimate celebration at the exclusive Chandigarh resort. The bride and groom, all dressed in white for the festival as their friends and family, surround them. While Patralekhaa wore a white and silver dress with a long train, Rajkumar wore a white ensemble.
In the video, Rajkumar is seen kneeling while his bride-to-be says yes. The two then dance together while the guests applaud for them. Actor Salim and director Farah Khan also attended the celebration.
Rajkumar and Patralekhaa never strayed from the conversation about their love for each other. In 2019, Patralekhaa revealed her love story in a publication for Humans for Bombay.
She says the first time Rajkumar saw her in an ad, he thought he would marry her one day.
Paralegal said, “He often does whatever gets in his way for me. Raj was late to see me, so he stopped a taxi near the airport and ran to Juhu! And not only that, but when we won very little he surprised me with a favorite bag, my costly one! Years later, when we were in London, any people stole that! I remember calling raj and crying as he tried to calm me down. To me, the bag is all about memories – he bought it for me when it wasn’t much. It means a lot to me! Then at our hotel, the same bag was waiting for me. Those little things made me see how happy I was to have them.”
The actor added, “I can tell you this when you find someone you’re grateful for through struggles, obstacles, and chaos, you shouldn’t forget to let them know you love them. Also it doesn’t have to be rich gifts and dates. Just the way you hold it when they need it and when they don’t. We don’t remember what the future holds for us, but it’s enough to be together.” In Hansal Mehta’s 2014 film Citylights, Rajkumar Rao and Patralehaa share the screen.
