Seven Actors and Cricketers Feature on Hurun India Rich List 2026

Seven celebrities from cinema and cricket have found a place on the 2026 M3M Hurun India Rich List, underlining how entertainment and sport now translate into serious business wealth. The list includes four actors, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan, along with three cricketers, Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni.

SRK Retains Top Actor Spot

Shah Rukh Khan leads the actors with a net worth of ₹10,000 crore, more than double Amitabh Bachchan’s ₹4,000 crore. His fortune is largely built on Red Chillies Entertainment and Knight Riders Sports. However, his wealth has fallen by ₹2,490 crore from ₹12,490 crore last year, though he still holds the top position among actors.

Bachchan’s net worth has risen sharply from ₹1,630 crore to ₹4,000 crore, supported by early investments in technology and education ventures, along with real estate. Salman Khan debuts on the list at ₹3,000 crore, backed by Being Human Clothing, FRSH and stakes in fitness and travel businesses. Hrithik Roshan’s wealth climbed from ₹2,160 crore to ₹2,500 crore, anchored by HRX, Cure.fit and HRXFilms.

Cricketers Debut as a Separate Group

For the first time, cricketers appear as a distinct group. Virat Kohli tops them at ₹1,600 crore, while Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni follow with ₹1,500 crore each. Their fortunes come from endorsements, brands such as Wrogn and True Blue, and investments in technology, insurance and sustainable ventures.
