On Wednesday, the National Labor Relations Board released a lawsuit accusing Google’s Alphabet Inc of improperly tracking and interviewing many employees were then fired for demonstrating against company policies as well as attempting to organize a union.

The Complaint was all About:

According to the lawsuit, the US labour regulator found Google improperly put workers on administrative leave and dismissed them for accessing information related to how the organization regulates internal forums.

The department also considered unconstitutional Google policies for accessing records and meeting rooms as well as its employee audit methods when both efforts were aimed at deterring the organization of the workplace, the complaint said.

Google said it was certain that it was operating lawfully. Google has consistently worked to support a culture of internal discussion, so we have immense trust in our workers,” it added.
