Bigg Boss 14 October 5 Day 2: The manufacturers of Bigg Boss are under enormous pressure to reach the ground running, and it shows.
Bigg Boss 14 started with a few twists so that the all-important masala that cranks up TRPs did not lose out on the first few days-the inductions of seniors inside the house and the rejection of the Bigg Boss idea.
The churning of the cauldron is the responsibility of Sidharth Shukla, Gauahar Khan, and Hina Khan, and they do their bit to contribute to the entertainment.
Meanwhile, Nishant Sigh Malkani, Rubina Dilaik, Jaan Kumar Sanu, and Sara Gurpal have been left out in the cold thanks to the ‘toofani seniors’ and are trying to fight their way inside the Bigg Boss building.
This is how it went down on the second day of the new season at Bigg Boss.
Hair cut of Sara Gurpal:
Sara Gurpal was one of the first to make the first challenge clear. She gladly agreed to get her hair cut to shoulder length, and Hina Khan even waved her ponytail at the camera once it was finished.
Siddharth Shukla-Gauahar Khan fight:
Now, as soon as Sidharth and Gauahar signed on the dotted line, this was something that was raring to occur.
When he was inside the Bigg Boss house last year, Gauahar had attacked Sidharth, and she even aired her reservations about the premiere episode.
The teaser would lead to a full-fledged war, which we were confident. What we didn’t actually know was that the second day of the season itself was going to happen.
A promo that teases the fight shows Sidharth losing his composure over a specific assignment and blaming it on Gauahar. He says it’s her mistake and her obligation, too.
Rubina Dilaik’s outfit problem:
Outsiders may become insiders, but only if the requirements set by seniors are honoured. Seniors tell the four ‘rejected contestants’ that if they do a certain task, they can join the house — Rubina is asked to wearing the similar clothes for a week, Jaan is asked to get a mohawk haircut, and Nishant is asked to wear a bikini for the whole week.
Rubina refuses to obey the diktat, saying that her hygiene is very precise. Abhinav Kashyap’s husband also attempts to weigh in, but in vain.
Jaan Kumar Sanu’s mohawk:
Jaan Kumar Sanu, going through the pictures from the house of Bigg Boss, gives in and is now the proud receiver of a Mohawk. He gets angry about his ‘secret’ as well.
Sidharth Shukla is Punjab ka ‘jijaji’:
Sara Gurpal conveys a nostalgic message from all of Punjab and notes that ‘Punjab ke -jijaji’ is Sidharth Shukla, indicating his closeness to Shehnaaz’s Bigg Boss 13 contestant.
Pavitra Punia-Fight with Gauahar Khan:
It was a difficult day, it seems, for Gauahar. She even gets into a battle of words with Pavitra Punia after Sidharth.
When Gauahar asks if she has checked on other senior citizens before dining, Pavitra is about to start her lunch. An irritated Pavitra seeks Gauahar’s clarification as to why she is interrupting her when she eats.
