Further, Avinash Patil stated:

“There were no specialists present, and just two attendants were remaining before the clinic when the occurrence occurred. 

I could see the ICU ward totally in smoke and the scorched bodies,” said Patil, adding, “I had gone to the medical clinic to concede my companion’s mom on Friday morning and saw the fire”.
