According to news, she died on the spot after being involved in an accident while returning from a Holi party. She was riding with a friend who lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a divider in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Gayathri passed away on the spot. On the other hand, her friend survived after being rushed to the hospital.
Dolly D Cruze is Gayathri’s real name. She was also a well-known YouTuber with the channel Jalsa Rayudu. She had previously appeared in the Telugu web series Madam Sir Madam Anthe.
Gayathri’s death was announced by her co-star Surekha Vani, who played her on-screen mother on the show. She told the news on her Instagram account.
