Ajay Devgn is back as Vijay Salgaonkar in ‘Drishyam 3: The Conclusion’, and fans are curious about what the cast has been paid for the final chapter of the hit thriller franchise. The reported figures show a wide gap between the lead actor and the rest of the ensemble, though the makers have not officially confirmed any of them.

Ajay Devgn’s Reported Fee

According to a NewsX report, Ajay Devgn is reportedly receiving between Rs 18 crore and Rs 22 crore for reprising his role. The actor reportedly charged Rs 30 crore for ‘Drishyam 2’, which released in November 2022. His fee for the first film, released in 2015, is not officially known.

Supporting Cast Payments

A News24 report claims Tabu is being paid around Rs 2.5 crore to Rs 3.5 crore to play Meera Deshmukh, several times less than the lead actor. Shriya Saran, who returns as Nandini Salgaonkar, is reportedly getting Rs 1 crore. Ishita Dutta, who plays elder daughter Anju, is said to be earning Rs 50 lakh. Rajat Kapoor, seen as Mahesh Deshmukh, is reportedly paid between Rs 40 lakh and Rs 70 lakh. Jaideep Ahlawat also has an important role, but details of his fee are not yet available.

Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film released in theatres on October 2, 2026. It explores whether Vijay can once again stay one step ahead of the investigation as his past keeps catching up with him. According to Sacnilk, the film has earned over Rs 72 crore so far and is expected to cross the Rs 100-crore mark today, making it the biggest opener of Ajay Devgn’s career.

Filmmaker Karan Johar has also reviewed the film, calling it ‘mazedaar, lajawab’ and praising the performances of Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat. With strong word of mouth and a healthy opening, the franchise finale appears set for a big run at the box office.
