The National Vaccine Administration

A paper on this, which is in its final stages of preparation and has already been shared with state governments, has been drawn up; their inputs have been received. We are still in the process of finalizing the lists of different target population groups that will be provided if and when the vaccine becomes available.
We are also in close cooperation with the state governments as well as the other central ministries on vaccine administration,” Bhushan said during a press conference on the country’s Covid-19 condition on Tuesday.
As per the AMCs analysis:
India has also used its development potential to pre-order 600 million doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines, according to a new global review of advance consumer commitments (AMCs) for experimental vaccines until October 8. Negotiations are underway for another 1 billion doses, enough to vaccinate at least half of the population.
