Rain in Gujarat: Gujarat residents can get relief from the high temperature, as IMD forecasts rain in several parts of the state.

Gujarat residents may find respite from the scorching summer heat as the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts unseasonal rains in certain regions from April 13th to April 16th. This unexpected weather phenomenon offers a welcome break from the relentless heatwave.

Forecasted Rain in Gujarat:

As per the latest bulletin from the IMD, regions including Kutch, Gir Somnath, Surat, Navsari, and Valsad are likely to experience light rain on April 13th. 

The forecast extends to April 14th and 15th, with Kutch, Dahod, Chota Udepur, and Narmada anticipating rainfall. However, on April 16th, Kutch will remain dry, while Dahod, Chota Udepur, and Narmada may still experience showers.

Regional Impact:

The anticipated rainfall offers a glimmer of relief to residents in these areas, providing a break from the intense heat. 

Farmers and agricultural communities stand to benefit from the precipitation, aiding in crop cultivation and soil moisture replenishment.

City in Gujarat Specific Rain Forecast:

Partly cloudy skies and a maximum temperature of around 40°C are expected in Ahmedabad. 

While the rainfall may not directly impact Ahmedabad, the cloud cover could offer temporary relief from the scorching sun.
