Fans reactions to Shane Warne death: Shane Warne of Australia was the most successful leg-spinner in the history of cricket.

Shane Warne, legendary Australia cricketer and unarguably the greatest leg-spinner to have graced the game, breathed his last on Friday at 52, shocking the cricketing fraternity.

According to news, Warne’s management company issued a brief statement confirming his death. Which occurred at his villa in Koh Samui, Thailand, possibly due to a heart attack.

“Shane was discovered unresponsive in his villa also, despite the best efforts of medical staff. Also He was unable to be revived,” Warne’s management said in a statement. “At this time, the family requests privacy and will provide additional information in due course.”

During his 16-year career from 1992 to 2007, Warne appeared in 145 Tests and 194 One-Day Internationals, taking 1001 international wickets at an average of 25.51.

The legend’s 708 Test wickets are the second-highest total in international cricket. Trailing only Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan, also with 800 Test match wickets worldwide.

Warne, the only Australian to break the 700-wicket barrier in the most extended format, was the first to do so in 2006 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
