All looks will be on Hardik as he wears the captaincy hat, and ahead of the competition. He has provided a sneak peek into what he will bring to the table as a leader.
What would Hardik Pandya’s leadership: During the franchise’s jersey launch, Hardik spoke about how he wants to motivate the team’s young players and how he will take a back seat when it comes to celebrating success.
“This season, my philosophy is that success is theirs and failure is mine,” Hardik said at the jersey launch event.
The IPL 2022 season will boot off on March 26 with a match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. Gujarat Titans will kick off their season on March 28 against the Lucknow Super Giants. Gujarat Titans are grouped with Chennai Super Kings, SunRisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Punjab Kings in Group B.
