From 11 am to 12:30 p.m, the bodies of General Bipin Rawat’s funeral and his wife Madhulika. Both will be keep at their three Kamaraj Marg residence for the general public to pay their final respects. The funeral will begin at 4 pm.

According to people family with the situation, the funeral for India’s first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Bipin Rawat. Who died in a tragic air accident this week, will take place on Friday.

People will pay their respects to the outstanding commander. Who died along with his wife and 11 other armed forces personnel in a military helicopter crash near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday, in Delhi.

According to the day’s plans, the bodies of General Rawat and his wife Madhulika will be keep at their Kamaraj Marg residence from 11 am to 1 pm for the general public to pay their final respects.

Military personnel will give their respects to the Braveheart general and his wife between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.

General Rawat’s final journey from his home to the Brar Square crematorium begins around 2 pm. According to the news agency, the late CDS Rawat’s funeral is set for 4 pm. And the funeral of Brigadier LS Lidder, whose body was also identify. As one of the other casualties of the air crash, is set for 9 am.

Although the Indian Air Force (IAF) confirmed the deaths of 13 people in a helicopter crash on Wednesday afternoon. Only three bodies have been identify so far. Gen Rawat’s, his wife Madhulika Rawat’s, and Brigadier Lidder’s. According to Army officials, the bodies of those identify will be release to their families for final rites.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. And National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval were among those who paid tribute to the armed forces personnel killed in the air crash on Thursday.

In a solemn ceremony, the country’s top military brass, including Indian Army Chief Gen MM Naravane, Indian Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar. Air Chief Marshal AVR Chaudhari, and defence secretary Ajay Kumar, paid their final tributes to the deceased.
