Karan Johar posted a video to his Instagram Stories auditioning his four-year-old son Yash.
Karan Johar is known for launching many star kids in Bollywood. And has hinted that it may not be long before he introduces his children to the industry. He has now shared a candid video of his four-year-old son Yash putting his acting skills to the test Sunday morning.
Karan captioned the video he posted on Instagram Stories, “An audition morning!” Yash is seen in the video wearing a grey tee and making various expressions on cue from his father.
When Karan asked him to make a happy face, he grinned wide at the camera.
However, he also displayed sad and angry expressions and a shocked expressions by covering his mouth with his hands.
Through his films, Karan has launched actors such as Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and others. However, he has also been chastised for allegedly promoting nepotism in the industry.
In an interview with Man’s World India, Karan said, “I don’t want to talk about my struggles; it’s not like I had the most comfortable life, and my father wasn’t this mega film-maker. Who made a hundred blockbusters and then introduced me.” I’ve always maintained that nepotism exists in Bollywood, as it does in many other industries.
