Samantha Ruth Prabhu, an actress, recently revealed that she has Myositis and is in the hospital receiving treatment. Sam is active on social media, sharing information about her upcoming release Yashoda. She posted about Wax Motif, an Australian DJ and renowned house music producer, on Instagram.
Samantha shared Motif’s reel in her Instagram story. Where he is playing the EDM version of her chartbuster O Antava song from Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise. Samantha captioned her post, “Missing all the action.”
Samantha opened up about her illness a few days ago, writing, “Your response to the Yashodha Trailer was overwhelming.”
The love and connection I share with all of you give me the strength to face life’s seemingly never-ending challenges. I was recently diagnosed with Myositis, an autoimmune condition. I was hoping to share this once it was in remission.
However, it is taking a little longer than I had hoped. I gradually realise that we don’t always need to put on a brave face. Accepting my vulnerability is something I’m still working on. The doctors are confident that I will recover completely very soon. Have had good and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. and even when I feel like I can’t take another day like this, that moment passes. I suppose it can only mean I’m one day closer to recovery. I adore you… THIS, TOO, WILL PASS.” Her post received numerous reactions and ‘get well soon messages.
Chiranjeevi tweeted his best wishes for her quick recovery. Lakshmi Manchu, Kriti Sanon, Hansika Motwani, Pulkit Samrat, and many others also congratulated her.
On the work front, Samantha is preparing to enthral audiences once more with her upcoming multilingual film, ‘Yashodha,’ the trailer for which was recently released and has received widespread acclaim in all languages.
