Bell-Bottom Movie Will Be Re-Released In Maharashtra Theatres.

Bell-Bottom Movie Will Be Re-Released In Maharashtra Theatres.

Will old films be able to attract audiences in Maharashtra when new titles hit theaters? We talk to manufacturers and experts to find out.

Are cinemas open again? Is the new movie ready to release? But by the time these new titles came out, starting with Sooryavanshi on November 5th, it seemed that theaters were testing the waters with racing movies. BellBottom is one of them, which was released in Maharashtra on October 22nd.

How is it different for movies that are already on the OTT platform?

Exhibitor Akshaye Rathi believes this is a “warm-up” for what we will see later. “This will help them rationalize any problems that may exist. Teething problems as cinemas in Maharashtra are reopening after a long time. Moreover, this will prepare them for what is to come next in Diwali,” he said. Chehre and Thalaivi is also a film that could not be released in Maharashtra, although it was released in other country states.

Meanwhile, the producers said that this decision was impossible for them. Jackie Bhagnani tells us: “BellBottom is an extraordinary film for all of us, its journey from creation to release has been tremendous. I am thrilled that Maharashtra theater is reopening and even happier that so many films have announced their release dates. Thumbs up – this is excellent news for the industry, and we look forward to seeing more movies in theaters.

Meanwhile, Adil Hussain, who plays a vital role in the film, was unaware of the new edition. She said, “I don’t know; no one told me about it. I found out that on Twitter, someone tagged me and said, “We’re on our way to the movies,” which was very interesting.

The expert group argues that it currently makes no sense to bring the old edition to the market. However, commercial expert Atul Mohan said other recent films like Thalaivi could be re-released: “You can try, but I see no benefit in releasing a film that has already been released in theaters and then released by OTT. Cinemas are still empty, and some may not be able to get new movies. If the requirements don’t match, so they have to be re-released until another film arrives to fill the void.
