No terrorist organization has accepted the twin
bombings in the Philippines; 14 people have died and many people got injured.
Two bombs detonated in a
southern Philippines town on Monday, military and police sources
said. At least 14 individuals have died due to the blasts and injured a handful
more.

Jolo town:
The first bomb exploded at around early afternoon nearby time along a central avenue in the town of Jolo in the Sulu area, around 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) south of Manila. Five soldiers and four civilians have been declared dead because of the blast till now, territorial military officer Lieutenant General Corleto Vinluan said. Introductory armed force reports said the wellspring of the main blast was a natively constructed bomb on a stopped cruiser. The blast harmed a food and PC store just as two armed force trucks, military representative Rex Payot and police said. The subsequent impact did by a female suicide bomber, went off close by not long after the primary blast, as police closed off the territory. The lady terrorist and an officer were slaughtered and a few onlookers were harmed. A third, unexploded bomb was allegedly found in an open market.

About 40 fighters, police, and
regular citizens were harmed in the bombings. No organization has yet asserted
duty. The assaults are suspected to have been planned by Mundi Sawadjaan, a
bomb master with the Abu Sayyaf terrorist group, as per Corleto Vinluan. Jolo,
the primary town on Jolo island, is a fortification of the Abu Sayyaf
activists, who has vowed faithfulness to Islamic State. The military is amidst
a months-in length hostile against the organization, one of the most vicious
terrorist groups in the Philippines. In past years, Abu Sayyaf was behind a few
bombings, kidnappings, and decapitations there.
