Rohan Mehra has stepped into the spotlight — not just for his acting chops, but for his rumoured relationship with Bollywood actress Pooja Hegde. From Kenya to the Big Screen: Rohan’s Journey

Born in 1991 to legendary actor Vinod Mehra and his third wife Kiran Mehra, Rohan lost his father when he was barely an infant. Following Vinod Mehra’s death in 1990, Rohan was raised by his mother and maternal grandparents in Mombasa, Kenya. He later moved to the UK for studies before eventually returning to Mumbai to carve out his own identity in Bollywood. He also has an elder sister, Soniya Mehra, who is an actress herself.

A Career Built on Content-Driven Choices

Rather than chasing mainstream stardom, Rohan has consistently opted for performance-heavy roles. He first worked behind the camera as an assistant director to Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Bajirao Mastani. His acting debut came with the 2018 film Baazaar opposite Saif Ali Khan, earning him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He later made a strong OTT transition with the legal drama 420 IPC on ZEE5, followed by the gritty thriller web series Kaala in 2023 and an appearance in Four More Shots Please.
