Shakti Kapoor is getting a COVID-19 booster shot
Shakti Kapoor, a veteran actor, recently revealed that he had received his COVID-19 booster shot. An additional vaccine dose given after the initial image.
The 69-year-old actor took to Instagram Stories to share a video of himself receiving the booster shot. In the background, he also included the song ‘Love You Zindagi’ from Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dear Zindagi.’
Later, the actor shared videos of himself jamming on the guitar to ‘Chand Chhupa Badal Mein’ while sitting with his friends.
Kapoor is the most recent celebrity to receive the COVID-19 booster shot for the uninitiated. Previously, veteran actor Dharmendra was also stung. A booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine improves the protection provided by the first two vaccine doses.
Health and frontline workers or people over 60 with comorbidities are currently eligible to receive the vaccine. The campaign began as the entire world was dealing with an increase in COVID-19 cases caused by the Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
