Allu Arjun Rents ₹16 Lakh/Month Luxury Apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu

Pushpa star Allu Arjun is making Mumbai his new home. The Telugu superstar has rented a stunning five-bedroom apartment on Juhu Tara Road, one of the city’s most coveted addresses, for a reported ₹16 lakh per month on a three-year lease. The sprawling 6,000 sq. ft. beach-facing residence comes equipped with a plunge pool, four parking spaces, and abundant greenery — a deliberate choice by the actor, who reportedly sought a calm, sea-facing environment for his family.

A Strategic Move During Raaka’s Shoot

The relocation is closely tied to Allu Arjun’s professional commitments. He is currently filming Raaka, director Atlee’s high-octane sci-fi action film, opposite Deepika Padukone, who is pregnant with her second child. Deepika is expected to continue shooting throughout her pregnancy, with action sequences being prioritised. Allu Arjun’s decision to base himself in Mumbai is widely seen as a thoughtful gesture to ease logistics during the shoot. A project with director Lokesh Kanagaraj is also lined up in the city.

Star-Studded Neighbourhood

The apartment’s location places Allu Arjun in elite company. His new neighbours reportedly include power couples Katrina Kaif–Vicky Kaushal and Anushka Sharma–Virat Kohli. The property itself is estimated to be worth around ₹25 crore. While his wife Sneha and children Ayaan and Arha will visit during school vacations, the actor is expected to reside here for the foreseeable future.
