This comes days after Emirates, the USA’s flagship provider, prolonged its suspension of flights to Dubai from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka till July 28.

United Arab Emirates (UAE) national service Etihad has stated that the flights between the two nations have been suspended till August 2. However, the date could be prolonged, depending on directions by the UAE authorities, Etihad Airways Guest Relations said on Twitter.

“We’ve just obtained confirmation that flights from India are suspended until August 2, and we are not sure if this can be extended as it relies upon the authorities. So you may not see availability on the website because of the agenda uncertainty,” Etihad Help published on Twitter whilst replying to a user.

This comes days after Emirates, u . S . A .’s flagship carrier, extended its suspension of flights to Dubai from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka till July 28.

Emirates stated in an announcement that any passenger who has been to those four Asian international locations inside the ultimate 14 days would not be allowed to travel from everywhere to the UAE.

The Dubai-primarily based airline stated UAE nationals, holders of UAE golden visas and individuals of diplomatic missions who follow updated Covid‑19 protocols, are exempt from the ban.

UAE consists of seven emirates setting their journey guidelines because the coronavirus ailment (Covid-19) pandemic started.
