Karishma Tanna enjoys working out. The actor is rarely away from the gym for an extended period. Karishma is frequently see on Instagram sharing snippets from her gym diaries. With each snippet, the actor motivates us to start working out. Karishma also uses her home as a workout facility at times. Karishma’s fitness routine includes everything from high-intensity workouts to yoga and meditation.

She recently posted a short video of her weekend workout routine. Karishma chose a home workout with her trainer for the company over the weekend.

Karishma can be see relaxing her body with The Cobra Pose at the beginning of the video.

Then she can be see practising a variety of yoga inversions with the help of her yoga trainer. Karishma can be see later in the video performing a headstand before stretching her legs backwards and supporting them against a wall. She can also be see doing the Wheel Pose with her trainer, stretching her core muscles upwards with callisthenic ropes.

Karishma’s routine is beneficial to her health in a variety of ways. Headstand exercises help to strengthen the upper body, spine, core, and abdominal muscles. It also aids in the stimulation of the pineal and pituitary glands. The Cobra Pose, on the other hand, help to strengthen the lower back and improve overall body posture. The Wheel Pose, also known as Chakrasana, improves spinal flexibility by stretching the chest and shoulders.
